This memo summarizes updates to the Lighting Global Minimum Quality Standards (“Standards”) and Recommended Performance Targets (“Targets”) that will be effective January 1, 2014. Details on the process that lead to this set of updates, including the originally proposed changes, program history, and motivation for these changes, is described in a stakeholder outreach memo released on June 7, 2013.
