The Lighting Global Quality Assurance team held a webinar featuring its new guide to compliance and the consumer-facing information requirements in the Lighting Global Standards on 11 April 2019. This session was tailored to marketing and communications professionals who may have limited familiarity with the Lighting Global program and the Quality Standards. During the webinar, the QA team reviewed some of the most common errors and reasons for failure, and highlighted tips on how to avoid them. A recording of the webinar may be found here.
